Keep your responses brief. Video and audio answers should take no longer than three minutes each. Text answer should consist of a few sentences only.
You have unlimited retakes available for video and audio questions. But remember that your production quality (camera, microphone, setting, environment etc.) has zero effect on our decision to hire you. We only want to see how you will respond to these questions, so keep it simple and do not stress over how you or your surroundings may look.

What is the next stage in the recruitment process?

If you pass this stage, you will have one more interview to assess your fit for the team.

How long does the recruitment process take?

We aim to evaluate all candidate responses within a week and to get back to you in the following week. If you are our top candidate, you should receive a proposal to either join our team and work directly with a client OR be a member of our training program to help you improve your technical skills.

If I am offered a position, when do I need to start?

As soon as possible. But we can arrange the exact timing based on your circumstances.
